Biblical:
(Bible Study)

This aspect of training is designed to maintain the locus of focus, which is to glorify God, and attain an understanding of His Word. 

Learning objectives
Scripture reading, Scripture memory, the understanding of Scripture, and practical Life Applications for everyday living.

 
 
 
Karate-Do:
(Empty Hand Way)

This, the basics of training, is designed to introduce the fundamental skills of Karate-Do dynamics. 

Learningobjectives
Basic body movements, application of basic Karate-Do defensive pattern drills, striking, kicking, blocking techniques, basic formal exercises, and too, an overall understanding of the philosophy of
Seishin-Do Karate.
 
 
Goshin-Budo:
 
(Self-Defense)

This aspect of training, is designed to introduce the fundamental and Intermediate skills of self defense.

Learning objectives 

Basic body movements, application of basic and intermediate defensive pattern drills, safe landing (falls) techniques, practical defensive pattern skills based on critical situations. An overall understanding of preventive measures as well as developing strategic awareness and attitude for personal self-defense (crime prevention awareness).
 


Seito-Ryu Iai-do:
*(Optional Training)
This course is designed to introduce the fundamentals and advance
skills of Iai-do (Art of Drawing the Sword) dynamics.

Learning objective: proper handling of the Japanese Sword,
basic body movements, application of basic Iai-do; drawing, cutting, parrying,
returning techniques, cleaning and care and too, an overall understanding of the
philosophy and practice of Christian style Iai do  (Luke 22:35-38).
Seishin-Do Karate Seishoku-Kai. Honbu, Norfolk, VA..  (2002-2009).
