All families in Southeast Washington experience equitable early learning opportunities so that every child is healthy, capable and confident in school and in life.

The Southeast Washington Early Learning Regional Coalition unites communities in Southeast Washington around a common goal; encouraging public support and wise investment of resources to form a consistent system for children and families to reach their full potential.

Working together for a common purpose to accomplish the following objectives:

 Develop a systemic approach to early learning across the region

 Promote a regional vision of consistently available, easily accessible and holistic services

 Endorse a clear message to children, families and community members about elements that contribute to child and family success

 Increase and leverage resources to ensure consistent service availability and quality across the region

 Communicate local experience as part of increased voice and influence in state-level deliberation
