Access Privileges (Anna Tavitian)

You can decide on whether you want your site to remain private or public.  If you make your site is public, then your site will be viewable by anyone. However, you can share your site to allow other people to edit your site.

To may grant access to whomever you want by following these steps:

  1. From the More drop-downmenu, selectShare and Permissions.
  2. In the box below Add people, enter the email addresses of the people you wish to share your site with. 
  3. From the Can edit drop-down menu choose the level of access you wish to give them. (Can view = can look at the site. Can edit = can change the look and content of the site. Is owner = can change the look and feel of the site as well as make administrative changes, such asdeleting the site or adding new owners.)
  4. The people whose email addresses you added will be sent an automated message when you add them unless you uncheck the box next to Notify people via email. You may also add a message by clicking Add message.
  5. Click "Share."
