With wine, if you aren't satisfied with your product, email us within 30 days to let us know and reference your purchase confirmation number. We will refund you, minus any charges taken out by Google Checkout (about 10% of each transaction as processing fee; The Secret Wine Shop can't get this money back).
Wine Club memberships can be canceled at any time, you won't receive any further pick-up "shipments" after you cancel.
On events, there is no return/cancellation policy. This is because usually we've already committed the money to the food & wine budget for the event. If you know in advance you can't make an event, you may transfer your ticket(s). Please email us to let us know the name of the attendee(s) who will be taking your place.
