Kelly S. Cary, Esq.

At Secom, Kelly is the managing member in charge of running day to day operations of a Survey and Engineering business. She is in charge of all contracts, overseeing employee hiring, equipment purchasing and marketing operations. Under Kelly’s direction the Company has performed services  on such projects as Narcoossee Road widening, Celebration Hospital expansion and Yankee Lake water treatment plant expansion.

Kelly received her J.D. in 2001 from Franklin Pierce Law Center, Concord, New Hampshire. She is a member of the Florida Bar and South Carolina Bar.

She also has a background including the review of contracts and associated legal documents for various real estate and construction transactions; representing and advising clients in actions related to surety and bonding companies on construction projects and working with Title companies on land title/real estate actions.

Kimberley Fischer, P.E., CFM

Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering in 1995 from the University of Central Florida. She has experience in Design and Engineering of Civil Construction Plans including Site, Paving, Grading & Drainage, Utility, and Roadway Plans, Engineering of Stormwater Management Systems, Preparation of Drainage Reports / Stormwater Routings, Design of Sewage Pump Stations, Preparation of Water System Hydraulic Calculations, Construction Coordination, Planning/Zoning/Variance Coordination. Obtained Site Development Construction Permits from all relevant agencies including Cities/Counties, Water Management Districts, FDOT, FDEP and FEMA for Commercial and Residential Projects.

At the City of Winter Springs she was responsible for public engineering plan review for all public and private projects involving stormwater management conveyance and treatment systems, transportation and traffic management, and utility systems; managing staff in the development design and construction of municipal projects; development and implementation of the NPDES program and preparing all Stormwater Utility and Engineering operating and capital improvement budgets.

Kim is responsible for all engineering work performed by the firm.

Beverly Hart Jones, P.S.M.

Beverly received her Florida Surveying and Mapping license in 1993. She is a fourth generation land surveyor in Central Florida. She has extensive experience in Boundary Surveying, Topographic Surveying, Legal Description Preparation (Orange County, City of Orlando and DEP) , Wetland Line Location and Jurisdictional Surveys, Site Layout, Construction Layout for Airports, Roadways and Utilities, ALTA/ACSM Surveys, Utility Corridor and Route Surveys as well as Design Surveys for Water Treatment and Sewer facilities. She was responsible for the surveying for Site Development, Platting and Construction of Universal’s Islands of Adventure and the expansion of the Universal Studios property.

Beverly has also consulted and aided in the preparation of seminars for continuing education including the History of Surveying in Central Florida and Early American Surveyors.

Beverly is responsible for all Surveying and Mapping projects at Secom.
