I am currently in the Department of Real Estate & Urban Land Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I previously held academic appointments at Cornell University (SC Johnson College of Business), Tulane University (Freeman School of Business), and Colorado State University (College of Business). Prior to academia I worked at the Federal Reserve Board in both research and bank supervision capacities.

My research interests include real estate, financial intermediation, and corporate finance. I have published work in journals including Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, and Management Science.
