SCARBOROUGH DIVISION

The Avolanche added to their impressive banner total, now at 5, with a 7 game series win against the equally strong Enforcers. The Avolanche, beat the Big Macs in the quarter finals, 4-1, and took a hard fought series against the Lucky 7, 4-2. The Enforcers route to the finals was with a bye in the first round. The Sluggers beat the 208’s in the quarter final, solidifying the 208’s status as a team that cannot win when it counts! The Sluggers than played the Enforcers and at least won a game this time as the Enforcers easily handled the Sluggers 4-1. This set up the finals with the Enforcers trying to catch the Avolanche in banners at 4. The series was hard fought with no team able to win more than 1 in a row. The final game ended up anti-climatic as the Avolanche, in their second 7 game final series in two years, beat the Enforcers 12-3 to win the 2007 title and add a 5^th banner to the rafters!
