Conference Vendor Packet, Chamberlain, SD June 11 & 12, 2019

The South Dakota MTSS conference offers you a prime opportunity to interact with your potential or current customers. We are sensitive to the fact that budgets are becoming increasingly tight.  Therefore, we do not charge vendors to participate. Vendors are asked to be present on both days of the conference if possible. If you are unable to attend in person, we would like to encourage you to donate door prizes or reach your target audience by donating items to be included in participant packets. Small note pads with company name/phone number, pens, or coupons for discounts on sales or services are all good options. If you would like to bring a prize, please let us know so that we can plan accordingly. Names of all vendors will be listed in the conference program and be included in the vendor activity. We are also willing to include information on upcoming workshops you may be hosting in South Dakota.

Important Dates

May 20th – Final day coordinators will receive vendor registration forms

June 10 – Vender table set up/check in will be available after 3 pm.

June 11– Attendee breakfast and registration/check in will begin at 7:30 am with opening session beginning at 8:30. Attendees will be encouraged to visit vendors from 4-5:30 pm. Poster presentations, social hour/prizes and vendor “activity” will be held from 5:30-7 pm. We would encourage vendors to be available during the poster sessions and social hour.

June 12 – Final day of conference, vendors are encouraged to remain at conference thru the lunch hour.

Target audience/conference attendee profile

South Dakota Department of Education supports districts as they implement Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (Response to Interventions RtI and Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports PBIS). MTSS teams from across the state attend the conference. Teams include administrators, classroom teachers, Special Education/Title teachers, interventionists, and reading/math specialists, behavior specialists.
