Recipe Notes

Followed MB recipe to the letter. One step sanatizer.
Bottled in 23 12 oz bottles. 1/2 with corn sugar 1/2 with cane sugar
Brewed w/ tap water
Bottle prime

This was brewed before I had a hydrometer.

Batch Notes

Brewed 2/19/09
Bottled 3/11/09
bottles with g labled with cane sugar.
bottles with just an I are corn sugar

Put a bottle in the fridge on Friday just shy of two weeks carbing and drank it on Tuesday. It was a little cidery in the nose but IPA the flavors were definantly there and very good, a little cidery but hopefully that will go away as it conditions in the fridge.
I will put the rest of the batch in the fridge tomorrow 3/25/09.

One bottle sat for about 3 months before I drank it. This bottle was the best of any. It was spice and hoppy, but not overly so.
