     Our 2018 Scottish & Celtic Heritage Festival is scheduled for Saturday, April 21, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., at Parkersburg City Park Pavilion. Tickets are $5 for adults; kids 12 and under are admitted free.

Entertainment Schedule:


10:00 a.m. – Opening Ceremonies with the S.A.R. and Pipes and 

Drums of St. Andrew

11:00 a.m. - Scottish Fiddler Melinda Crawford

Noon - Celtic Rain band

1 p.m. – W.Va. Scottish Highland Dancers

1:30 - Bonnie Knees Competition

2:00 – 3:30 p.m. – Celtic Rush

3:30 p.m. - Scottish Fiddler

4 – Celtic Rain


5 p.m. – Raffle Drawing, Closing

2 Pot of Gold Winners will be announced as found

iHeart Media for their contributions to 

this year's Festival.




Among our raffle prizes this year is a 

replica of a 14th century Scottish


Claymore and a handcrafted display case. 


Raffle tickets are $1 each ticket or 6 tickets for $5.

 Potential Vendors Please Note: We receive numerous inquiries from individuals/businesses/groups interested in setting up as vendors/exhibitors at our festival. We currently do not charge a fee for vendors, nor do we ask for any of their profits made at the festival, but we do require potential vendors provide us with information/photos of their products and they must be Celtic-themed merchandise/services. Exhibits must also be related to Celtic themes, Celtic culture, history, etc.
  We have limited space and inquiries are appreciated early in the planning process. You can solicit information through our email: scotandceltfest@att.net.  
   
 
 
  
 
 
   
   A ticket to the festival entitles you to come and go throughout the day. We will stamp your hand if you want to return - the festival is a family-oriented event and even if you don't have Celtic ancestry, come and enjoy a new experience and bring the kids along to learn about another culture!!
 
   Please no pets allowed unless it is a service animal, our insurance, pavilion rules and health department regulations prohibit animals.
