Céad mile fáilte!

(A hundred thousand welcomes)

Our 2017 Scottish & Celtic Heritage Festival will feature daylong entertainment including Melinda Crawford, a world class Scottish Fiddler. The festival is scheduled for 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., April 15 at the City Park Pavilion.

Melinda will play at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Celtic Rush will be on stage at noon and 2 p.m., and the West Virginia Highland Dance Troupe will perform at 1 p.m.
THANKS TO THE COMFORT INN near the Mall for providing a room night for our fiddler to stay in!!

Thanks to Shelly Rusen for helping cover our rental at the Park Pavilion and to all who attended our April 1 fundraising Tea!
It's through the efforts of you all and our wonderful volunteers that we have been able to bring this festival to the community for the past 12 years!!!
Please help us get the word out about the festival!!

If you haven't already, head over to our Facebook Page and ask to join up.
We are welcoming the Clan Henderson to our festival this year, it's their first time with us. They were in town some time ago visiting Historic Henderson Hall and we're excited to have them join us this year.
We have two Scots/Irish vendors coming, and a special vendor who makes one of a kind jewelry from chain mail.
Stay Tuned for more updates and news.
If you are interested in volunteering or just have questions, you can contact us at our email address:

Vendors Please Note: We receive numerous inquiries from individuals/businesses/groups interested in setting up as vendors/exhibitors at our festival. We currently do not charge a fee for vendors, nor do we ask for any of their profits made at the festival, but we do require potential vendors provide us with information/photos of their products and they must be Celtic-themed merchandise/services. Exhibits must also be related to Celtic themes, Celtic culture, history, etc.
We have limited space and inquiries are appreciated early in the planning process. You can solicit information through our email: or call 740-777-5793 and leave a message.
A ticket to the festival entitles you to come and go throughout the day. We will stamp your hand if you want to return - the festival is a family-oriented event and even if you don't have Celtic ancestry, come and enjoy a new experience and bring the kids along to learn about another culture!!
Please no pets allowed unless it is a service animal.
There is a photo of the Parkersburg City Park Pavilion on the picture page, along with a map and directions.
Keep checking back on our web page. We'll update it as we progress towards the upcoming festival.
