This site is a hobby of Scott Moss. I work as a Technology Outreach Coordinator at the Los Angeles County of Education. Prior to that, I taught technology electives and English at  Innovation Middle School in San Diego.

I have worked in public education for 28 years and in higher education for 18 years. I've taught at the elementary, middle and high school levels. I have had educational management jobs in two districts and did a one-year stint at the San Diego County Office of
Education. -- I received my M.A. in Educational Technology from San Diego State University in 1994.

I work as Associate Faculty at National University in the Instructional and Educational Technology program. I have also taught courses for UCLA Extension, San Diego State University, and others. I present at local, state and international conferences. I am a CUE Lead Learner. I also earned the National Teacher Award from Time Warner Cable. I was also selected as the recipient of the 2015 San Diego CUE Innovative Educator Award.

I have been designing and delivering educational technology training for 20 years. In addition to proving training in Google Docs, I've led iPad workshops and presented at many conferences. My current focus is teaching students to program using tools such as MIT’s Scratch. I have presented regularly on this topic at several conferences, including International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Conference.

Great Scott
