The Sixth Israeli Science Communication Conference took place at the Davidson Institute of Science Education at the Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot, on June 24-25, 2015.
Our guest speakers at the conference included Dr. James Gillies, head of communication at CERN, who spoke about CERN's communication strategy, and Prof. Bruce Lewenstein, professor of science communication at Cornell University, who delivered a talk about the commonalities and differences between Science Education and Science Communication. On the second day of the conference, our international guests offered hands-on workshops for scientists and journalists, and attended the academic lectures in the research track.
