Weight Room Coordinator- George Forrester
Any 9-11th grader who is not involved in a school sport should be taking part in our football weight lifting program. The athletes involved take part in a structured lifting program where we monitor gains in height, weight, and lifting numbers. I know Best Fitness, Gold’s Gym, and other workout facilities are available, but please encourage your son to work with his teammates to enhance team camaraderie.
When: 1st Monday after Thanksgiving - June 1
Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Time: 3:45 - 4:45 pm (Late bus passes are available)
