The Overnight at Battleship Cove, MA (Feb 4)was a great success. We had about 55 people sleep right on the USS MA bunks, explored the battleship, destroyer and submarine and even learned some Morse Code

Great Job everyone! Congratulations to Anthony for being our Grand Prix Winner.
Operation Super Hero (Dec. 4) was a great success in terms of collecting foods and items for our U.S. troops (over 100 lbs of items) and having fun with activities such as X-ray Vision, Obstacle Course, and the Belly Crawl Transport. The boys made some great cards to send along with the supplies. Many thanks to the Webelos 4 for organizing and running this event
The Pumpkin Carve and Blaze (Oct. 29) was a show of force of creativity. Dozens of spooky jack-o-lanterns were created and glowed in the big blaze. Special foods made by the boys included eyeballs, goblins, and even booger on a stick. Delicious! Many thanks to the new Tiger den for running this great event.

The Thunderbird Games in mid-October at Croton Point Park were a blast -- as usual. The Cubs participated in over thirty thrilling games (some photos below).

Our Klondike Kickoff on September 25 was a great success. The boys had a terrific time rotating through five activities. Many new boys joined the Pack and others plan to join. We also started our new Tiger den, with two parents as co-den leaders. See the photos below! If you couldn't make it, you can still join. Contact us at ScarsdaleCubs@gmail.com.

Cub Scouting Means "Doing"

The calendar will become more accurate as we train our dens to update them.  Also, our yearly planning meeting is in July so look for a pretty busy year of events!
