Welcome to the Marche of Norborough
We are part of a large group known as the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism). The SCA studies and recreates elements of life prior to the year 1600, with its primary focus being on Europe during the Middle Ages and Rennaissance.
We recreate many things, including several styles of combat, simple to complex crafts, wonderful feasts, all kinds of games, dancing, and the many varieties of clothing that might have been worn.
Geographically, Norbrough covers The Ohio counties of Darke, Miami, Mercer, and Shelby plus the southernmost tip of Auglaize county.
On a map of the SCA's Knowne Worlde, the Marche of Norborough is a canton of the Barony of Flaming Gryphon, located in the Oaken region of the Glorious Middle Kingdom.
