The SB-ADaPT Festival is organized as a Conference that Celebrates the Movement Arts & Welcomes Emerging Genres. Components include dynamic Social Gatherings intended to build local, national, and international community, time & space for Networking, engaging in Discussions about key topics pertinent to the arts, Keynote Speakers, Education in terms of sharing our dances, physical theater, and performances of movement art with each other and with the Santa Barbara community in a fully produced venue at Center Stage Theater.
It is a professional gathering of like minded groups and individuals that embrace artists that not only make their living as professional artists, but seasoned amateurs & "working class artists." Artists that seek to make a difference in the world by manifesting their life work with as much integrity as they can muster.
