Pulled Beef

Ingredients:
  • 1 (2-3 lb.) boneless chuck roast, or other lean beef of your choice
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours, or until meat is extremely tender.
Pull meat into chunks, and serve with a generous amount of onions.

Serves 4.
