Sweet Potato Crisp

4 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes

3 eggs

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 can sweetened condensed milk

4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 box spice cake mix

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup butter, melted


Cook and mash sweet potatoes.  Mix in eggs, brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Mix well.  Pour into greased 9x13 pan.

In separate bowl, combine cake mix, pecans, and melted butter and pour on top of the sweet potato mixture.

Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 55 minutes or until topping is lightly brown.
