Avocado Pasta

150g Pasta

1 Avocado, pitted & completely mashed

1.5 tsp lime juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped

1/2 tsp pepper powder / chilli flakes, optional

1/4 cup almonds, finely chopped

1-2 tbsp olive oil

Parmesan cheese, as needed


Cook pasta as per the package instructions.

While pasta is cooking, mix rest of the ingredients until evenly combined.

Drain pasta out of the water into a pan, add the avocado mixture on top of the pasta, combine well and cook until the mixture is heated.

Serve immediately.
