Open Ph.D. Position
I am seeking motivated students for a Ph.D. position in the area of finite fields and their applications. Candidates with a strong background in algebra or number theory, and a strong interest in research, are encouraged to apply. Interested applicants are advised to contact me well in advance of the interviews scheduled by IIT Jammu. The selected candidate may also have the opportunity to be co-supervised by a faculty member from Norway and, as part of this collaboration, undertake a short-term research visit to Norway during the course of the Ph.D. program.
