Mix Berry Smoothie with Avocados

Preparation time: 5 to 10 minutes
Puree time: Less than 2 minutes
Serves: 2 ~ 3

Ingredients:

1/2 cup mixed berries( fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup avocado or 1 banana

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 tbsp flex seeds

1 tsp chia seeds

3 to 4 almonds

2 cups milk (I used coconut milk)

Sugar or honey to taste

Preparation:


  • Throw all the ingredients in the blender and puree in to smooth paste. Adjust liquid and sweet accordingly to the consistency and taste.
