One of the greatest challenges facing us today is to understand how biodiversity relates to ecosystem function and the ecosystem services it provides, especially in light of climate change. My research aims to address this from empirical, experimental and theoretical approaches and by scaling individual traits to emergent ecosystem and biome-level properties.

I am looking for potential post-docs and graduate students. More information here.
