WELCOME CLASS OF 2018!!!!!
Graduation is not too far away!
It will be here before you know it!
GRAD NIGHT is your last PRIVATE party. . .
a FINAL night to spend with ALL your friends. . .
in a SAFE environment to create memories/connections. . .
ONE LAST TIME - - - DON'T MISS OUT!
EAGLE SENIORS - we want ALL OF YOU

Here’s the scoop on the logistics of  Grad Night:

  • After graduation and before Grad Night Check in:

    • Take those photos with friends and family and pick up your diploma (There’s plenty of time for photos, but DO NOT PLAN ON DINNER OUT WITH FAMILY AFTER COMMENCEMENT)

    • Change into your Grad Night T-Shirt (it’s your ticket in)

    • Use the restroom by concessions in the stadium before getting in line

    • Line up against the fence by the basketball/tennis courts around 8:00pm

  • What to Bring & What to Leave at Home:

    • Grad Night T-shirt (this is your ticket to Grad Night)

    • Wear comfortable shoes and bring a jacket or sweatshirt

    • Give your wallet to a parent. No money is needed.

    • NO PURSES OR BACKPACKS ALLOWED. Ladies can bring a small bag no longer than a ziploc snack bag.

    • Yearbooks, phones and cameras are allowed but Grad Night is not liable if lost - best not to bring.

    • On the boat there is a “coat check” area with a parent

  • Check In:

    • Check in will begin between 8:15-8:30pm (after diplomas are passed out) and end at 9:15pm.

    • If you want to ride on the same bus with your friends, check in as a group

    • There is a security search as part of check in:

      • DO NOT BRING THE FOLLOWING AS IT WILL BE CONFISCATED:

        • Drinks of any kind, water bottles/flasks, cigarettes/lighters, fireworks, drugs, or any medication including over-the-counter medications, Glow in the Dark items, markers, wallet chains, gum, mint containers, containers with a screw on lid

      • Prescription medications must be turned in the original container with the student’s name on it. These will be handed over to a parent for the evening and returned in the morning.

    • Grad Night participants will get a heavy snack and water to eat at SP.

  • Transportation & Security

    • After opening events in the MPR, students will board buses and travel to the Hornblower Cruise.

    • Students can only travel to and from the ship on the bus - no private transportation is allowed

    • There will be security guards in the parking lot at SP all night to watch the cars and two of the SP Security Crew will be going on the ship

    • The gates to the parking lot will be locked after the buses leave

    • The Hornblower also does a security search as students board the boat. The same restrictions listed above apply.

  • Returning to SP:

    • Buses will be returning to SP around 4:30am

    • Gates will be opened shortly before the buses return

    • Grad Night participants will be tired so parents may want to come and pick up rather than having students drive home. Please have a plan in place for pick up before Grad Night begins

It’s going to be a great, memory building night that we are sure you will enjoy!
