San Diego’s 15th annual top non-native Japanese speech contest rallies America’s finest high school and college students to speak up (San Diego, CA 3-25-2012)

Youth from across San Diego gather to speak out and present their stories for a chance to win cash prizes and a shot at a national contest. In addition to commemorate the recent tsunami, Japanese natives and community members will be present and volunteering for cultural exchange interactions. If you are a local high school and college/university student who is studying Japanese or love Japanese culture, art, history, and people this is for you. Bring your chopsticks and appetite, because complimentary food will be available during intermission. See you there!
