Cherry Berry Salsa

Yield: 2 cups


Ingredients

1 cup cherries

1 large lime

1/1 cup blueberries

1/2 cup red onion, diced

1/2 cup cilantro, minced

1 serrano chile, seeded and diced

2 teaspoons honey

1/2 teaspoon Tajin seasoning


Directions

1. Pit the cherries, then quarter them. Set aside.

2. Zest the lime, then cut in half and juice both halves.

3. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and let sit in the refrigerator at least one hour. Taste and adjust seasonings.
