The height of the centre will be 492 m, thus, it will be the third highest skyscraper in the world after Taipei 101 and Burj Dubai. " Construction led the Japanese company Mori Building Corporation. Chief designer of the project - David Malott (David Malott) from New York-based company Kohn Pedersen Fox.
