Naberezhnaya Tower is a class A office complex consisting of 3 individual office buildings underconnected to each other via their first basement floor totalling approximately 150,000 square meters of rentable area (measured according to BOMA) of office and retail space and located on plot 10 in the International Business Center Moscow City in Moscow.

  • Block A is 85 meters, 17 floors tall. Completed in 2004.
  • Block B is 127 meters, 27 floors tall. Completed in 2005.
  • Block C was completed in 2007. At 268.4 meters, this 59-story block is the tallest building in Europe.

Project Description

The Naberezhnaya Tower project embraces three “A” Class office buildings. The development plan features a 17- and a 27-storey building as Phase I, followed by 57-storey skyscraper as Phase II.

The first building of the complex opened on October 11, 2004 is 17-storey with 18,281 sqm rentable office space.

As of  November, 2005, the 27-storey second building will be ready for occupancy adding another 29,801 sqm of rentable office area to the complex. The third and the final building of the Naberezhnaya Tower that will introduce to the market around 100,000 sqm of rentable office space is scheduled for delivery in 2007. The construction process of the buildings is carefully designed to minimize the disturbance to tenants.

The Naberezhnaya Tower innovatively combines modern design concepts with stringent levels of comfort and safety. Additional privileges include a magnificent view of the city center and the Moscow River, capacious underground and surface parking, which will make the Naberezhnaya project ideal for the leading international and Russian companies.

Location

Naberezhnaya Tower is conveniently located within the Moscow City right at the riverfront benefiting from its self-contained and autonomous land plot that is isolated from the other sites in terms of access to the buildings. Additionally, the complex enjoys easy vehicle access from the Third Ring road, New Arbat, and Kutuzovsky prospect. New metro station "Moskva -City" which is scheduled to be opened in September, 2005, and a rail connection to Sheremetyevo-II and Vnukovo airports will provide unique transportation advantages.

The Government of Russian Federation and Moscow Government buildings, the World Trade Center and Expocenter on Krasnaya Presnya are within walking distances from the City.
