I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science at UIUC in 2011 with Prof. William Sanders (currently Dean of Engineering, CMU), and B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Sharif University of Technology in 2006.
My research interests are in cyber-physical systems security (currently supported by NSF, DOEnergy, DOEducation, ONR, DHS, ARPA-E, AFOSR, Siemens Research, Accenture Research, GrammaTech, Fortinet, Google, ETAP and WindRiver).

Currently, I train for and compete in USTA Tennis League (Singles) - qualified to Nationals Competition in Las Vegas 2018.
