Bienvenidos! We would love to hear from you!

Welcome to the El Salvador Mission Committee
St. Sebastian Parish, Akron, Ohio

The El Salvador Mission Committee is a diverse group of people interested in making a long-term positive impact in the country of El Salvador. The group is also committed to building meaningful relationships between the people of St. Sebastian and the people of El Salvador through various ways, one of which is a yearly mission trip.

Through these relations, we hope to connect people to one another so they may mutually help each other whether it be spiritual or corporal. Over time, the El Salvador Mission Committee hopes to build long term relationships with the people of El Salvador by creating mutual partnerships as we stand in solidarity with our Salvadorian brothers and sisters in Christ.

Interested in joining us on our next mission trip?

The El Salvador Mission Committee of St. Sebastian has three informational and planning meetings for anyone interested in traveling to El Salvador or helping out with the upcoming trip in October.  Please join us at Forest Lodge at one of the following meetings: February 7 at 2:30, February 9 at 6:30 or March 6 at 2:30.

If you are interested but can’t make any of these meetings or have any questions, please contact the Mission Committee at
