The Salon at Lake Nona is all about you.  We aim to provide you with the highest standards of service and personal care in the most professional environment so you will return and recommend us again and again. 

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hours for any single service.  48-hour notice is required for any multiple service.  The full service will be charged on any late cancellations or no show appointments.  We accept Visa and Master Card.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your stylist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start your session. Regardless of the length of the session actually given. Out of respect and consideration to your stylist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time!

Service Guarantee

We offer a 100% guarantee on all hair services within 72 hours after they were performed.  You may book a redo appointment at anytime within the first 72 hours, thereafter only with the use of recommended at home care products.  Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results.  Stylists will determine all guarantees.  Because of the nature of home hair coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.

Payment Types
Please note that we are a Debit or Credit Salon. No cash is accepted; unless there are tips given to the stylist.
