In 2004, Sally moved down to the south coast where she worked for Hampshire Dance as a Project Co-ordinator and Professional Development Co-ordinator for 18 months.  In addition to this role, she also worked as a freelance dance artist delivering contemporary and creative dance workshops for Creative Partnerships, Southampton, Portsmouth and Hampshire on behalf of Hampshire Dance.  This introduced Sally to a new way of working - using dance as a tool to look at other areas of the curriculum (including literacy and science) and engaging young people in creativity whilst collaborating and working in partnership with other artists and teachers.

Sally has taught  dance on a freelance basis for a number of other organisations across the area.

Since 2006, Sally has been working as a Creative Agent for Creative Partnerships in settings in Portsmouth, Southampton, Hampshire and the  Isle of Wight .  This role as a project manager for educational projects focuses on creativity and work related learning.  The work in Portsmouth has a particular emphasis on making connections with the Creative and Media Diploma for 14 - 19 year olds.

Since March 2008, Sally has been running an afterschool dance club for pupils at a secondary school.  This project is soon to expand, working with pupils from the feeder primary and special schools whilst working alongside film maker Matt Cordy to encompass Motion Capture and Motion Tracking.

Sally has worked on two phases of "In The Thick Of It" for Woking Dance Festival as Dance Educator creating links between performance material and the PSHE curriculum for primary school children in Woking and Richmond.

She is also working on a dance film as Artistic Director for Test Valley Borough Council, collaborating with Cass Productions to create a site specific film using dancers from a number of community groups.

Sally is always looking for exciting and innovative projects to deliver, manage and expand her own creativity.
