Thank you for visiting my site. I am a Psychologist with a UKATA Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy (Dip. TA Practice), I hold a Diploma in Counselling Psychology – including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and I am Registered Member of BACP, BPS and UKATA complying with their code of ethics.

I specialise in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and use other methods of psychotherapy and counselling to meet the individual needs of my clients; adults, young people, children and couples. I have had additional training and considerable experience helping clients with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation and feelings, couple counselling, self harm, gender identity, working with survivors of sexual abuse, self esteem, anger management, eating disorders and domestic abuse. I am fully trained to deal with all mental health issues.

In addition to my private practice I have also worked within GP practices, charities and colleges delivering Counselling and Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy.  

I have also worked in special educational needs and have experience of Autistic Spectrum Disorder, including Aspergers, ADHD, Dyslexia as well as emotional and behavioural difficulties.

I value each client’s individuality and this in turn will create a unique relationship with me which will determine the experience and expertise I will bring to our sessions.
