Meetings

Meetings are held at 19:30 hours on the third Wednesday of each month, from September to March inclusive, with the exception of December.  The January meeting is usually preceded by the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Our Autumn and Winter meetings schedule will re-commence in September (20th) 2017, at Harnham, but will switch, for a trial period, to Radnor Hall, Bodenham SP5 4EQ, from January 2018.

                                Radnor Hall meetings:

Radnor Hall, Bodenham SP5 4EQ.  Limited parking is available at the hall, but additional spaces are available along the road and in Bodenham.



Meetings for 2017/2018 are planned to be as follows:

At Harnham:

Sep 2017 - Ron Hoskins – varroa-resistant bees;
Oct 2017 – Lyn Miles – cooking with honey. Lyn has offered to bring samples
for tasting. (why not bring along your own favourite recipe and/or dish?);
Nov 2017 - Ged Marshall – swarm control without 9-day inspections;

At Radnor Hall:

Jan 2018 – AGM and Members’ Meeting with various short talks by Members,
e.g. Graham Rendall on ‘hoovering bees’ and Kevin Horner on ‘clearing bees’;
Feb 2018 – Ian/Ruth Homer – The Queenless Colony (or a similar topic TBC);
Mar 2018 - Liz Duffin – wax flowers;
Apr 2018 - MEETING CANCELLED
