Lincoln School Library

About Lincoln Library
When Lincoln School closed, all of its books were dispersed to other schools in the District. When the school re-opened, the the PTO's first priority was filling the shelves with library books for students. PTO leaders along with a community effort helped to fill the shelves with books quickly.  Parent leaders emerged to help with entering books into the software and making sure all books were cataloged for circulation.

In 2013, the Lincoln Library set out to once again to write a new chapter in its history - building a Spanish book library suitable to serve the growing Dual Immersion Program. Once again, parents worked together to make a difference for students and teachers. This effort continues to move forward and be successful thanks to the overall fundraising of PTO and countless hours of parent volunteers.

Book donations in both Spanish and English are always being accepted. To make a donation please leave books in school office. In 2014 Lincoln had its first year end Book Drive. It was a successful effort and plans to make this an annual effort are in place.
