I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Etienne SIMON-LORIERE labDepartment of Virology, Institut Pasteur, France. 

My main research theme is evolutionary and computational biology. My research activities have been mainly focused on overcoming methodological and computational limitations to large-scale data analyses associated with the forthcoming era of big ‘omics’ data. My current research topic is the NGS data-based metagenomics analysis for understanding the evolutionary and epidemiological dynamics of pathogens, that is a key objective shared by many infectious-disease studies.
