Clark will be hosting a Norwex Party on Wednesday, July 26th at the parish center.  There will be a light dinner at 6 p.m. followed by a Norwex presentation at 6:30 p.m. Norwex products clean without harmful chemicals.  Their products include a microfiber cloth with micro silver known as BacLock technology that cleans with only water.  There are also personal care products which include natural and organic options without harmful chemicals.  If you would like to join us for dinner and the presentation, please contact the parish office – 921-2363 or p021stmatthew@hbgdiocese.org by July 24th.

Help Needed!  A parishioner and her daughter (6 years old), were in a very serious car accident recently and are on a long road to recovery.  They are both currently in Hershey Rehab.  The husband/father will be taking family leave from work for 3 months to care for them when they return home.  His paid vacation time is very limited (1 or 2 weeks).  We will be taking up a collection for the family the next three weekends (July 22/23, 29/30 and August 5/6).   Anything you can give to help the family will be greatly appreciated.  Envelopes for the collection will be in the narthex next weekend.  Checks can be made payable to St. Matthew Church.  Please keep the family in your prayers during this difficult time.  Thank you!

The Apocalypse or Revelation is the last book of the Bible.  It is one of the most difficult to understand and perhaps the book of Sacred Scripture most often misinterpreted due to its extravagant symbolism. Revelation cannot be properly understood except against the historical background that fashioned its writing; however, despite its origin in a time of crisis, it remains meaningful for Christians of all time.  Would you like to know more about Revelation? Is the number 666 really the Mark of the Beast, the Devil?  What or who does the Lamb with seven horns and seven eyes represent? Who are the 4 Living Creatures and the 24 Elders?  Does the book tell us how the world will end and when?  Join us on Sunday,  July 30th and August 27th  from 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. for a one hour talk answering these and many more questions surrounding this much talked about and grossly misinterpreted book of the Bible. The talks will be presented by Mr. Ed Kessler of our parish. They will be held in the PAC.  Coffee and breakfast foods will be provided.  Do not miss this excellent opportunity to learn more about the Word of God!!!  You can go to the 8 a.m. Mass and attend the talks after.  Or, you can attend the talks and go to the 10:15 Mass after.  Please join us!
