Sai Ram to the devotees!
There will be a town hall open to all devotees in USA and Canada with Dr Reddy, Chairman of SSSIO and Leonardo Gutter, member Prashanti Council, and Suresh Govind. The town hall is intended to address and clarify the position of SSSIO regarding the SSSGC and answer questions around the same.

Region 2 is organizing a meeting with SSSIO Leadership on Sunday, July 11th at 8 pm EST. They will share an update on what is really happening, provide details of why SSSIO decided not to join the Global Council and answer any questions you may have.
This meeting is open to all members of their region, and they are graciously allowing Region 1 Devotees to join as well.

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Om Sri Sai Ram.
I hope you are doing well by Swami’s grace.
The Sri Sathya Sai International Organization (SSSIO) recently reached out to the Trustees of the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust (SSSCT) to move ahead with the Sri Sathya Sai Global Council (SSSGC) in a spirit of unity. The SSSIO made a proposal which is consistent with the Divine Command of Swami, and includes the assessments and recommendations of the senior leaders and devotees.
After many weeks of discussions with the SSSCT, we received communication from the Managing Trustee of the SSSCT rejecting our proposal. I would like to share with you information about the Sri Sathya Sai Global Council (SSSGC) and the stand of the Sri Sathya Sai International Organization (SSSIO) regarding this. Below are the summary points and the details are in the attached document.
The SSSIO is NOT part of the Global Council.
The Central Trust has not honored its own assurances and rejected the Proposal by SSSIO to join the Global Council. To our dismay, the SSSCT unilaterally and abruptly terminated all discussions to move forward.
The Proposal by SSSIO was based on Swami’s Divine Command and Guidance to the SSSIO.
All Sri Sathya Sai Centers, Groups, Trusts, and Institutions will continue to function as they have for over five decades, serving devotees around the world.
Our connection with Swami and Prasanthi Nilayam will remain unchanged, forever, for every devotee around the world.
I urge all SSSIO officers and members not to engage in communications or entertain any requests to join the Global Council, especially from the SSSCT and their representatives.
