Welcome to the Bozeman Saddle-ites webpage!

Founded in 1958,

as a division of the Gallatin Saddle and Harness Club, we are the premiere mounted drill team in Southwest Montana. This all female team is comprised of volunteers who dedicate our time to perform in parades, rodeos and special events from April through October each year. We come from different career backgrounds, from small business owners, nurses, administrative assistants, moms, and conservationists to name a few. Some of us learned to ride as adults and some of us have grown up on horses. Ultimately, we come together for the camaraderie, for the patriotism and to learn the true meaning of teamwork. Together, we share our love of horses and the challenges and rewards of mounted drill.

Saddle-ites meet Clinton Anderson!

We were delighted to help at the Joe Foss Institute's Stars in Service Classic held at Copper Spring Ranch in Bozeman, Montana. Tom Brokaw and Clinton Anderson headlined this fantastic event and Clinton was wonderful enough to take a moment from the busy day for a group photo.

We were excited to serve as the color guard for an MSU groundbreaking ceremony. We always love participating in community events and proudly presenting Old Glory.
