Wild garlic walnut pesto


150 g wild garlic

1 garlic glove

60 g walnuts

100 g grated parmesan cheese 

125 g olive oil

optional sea salt for seasoning


Wash wild garlic and drip off on paper towels.

Roast walnuts slightly in a pan, without oil.

Put wild garlic, garlic, walnuts and parmesan cheese into a 

food processor and blend to a puree.

Add olive oil and blend until you have the mixture you like.

Season with sea salt, if desired and pour into sterilized jars.

Pour over a little extra olive oil to seal and cover tightly.
