oven baked beetroot chips


Ingredients:
1 big beetroot 
2 tablespoons olive oil
sea salt
chili powder

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300°F and line bakind sheet with baking paper.

Peel beetroot and cut into thin slices. (1-2mm) 
Transfer beetroot to a bowl and mix with olive oil.
Season with sea salt and chili powder.
Add beetroot to baking sheet and bake in the hot oven for about 30-40 minutes or until crisp.
