Chia Pudding with Raspberry Pulp


4 tablespoons chia seeds

250 ml almond milk (of course you can use any kind of milk you like)

1 vanilla bean, scratched out

150 g raspberries or strawberries

2 teaspoons brown sugar 


Add chia seeds, almond milk, 1 teaspoon sugar and vanilla to a bowl, stir well and store in the fridge 

for about 4 hours or over night.

Blend raspberries with the remaining sugar, pour over the pudding and enjoy!
