is still pending your reply to confirm specifics,
or was incomplete and therefore cancelled.
Customarily we ship out within 24-72 hours of receipt of your successful payment.
If you have made multiple purchases of they will have been bundled and sent together in a single parcel.
We will have sent you several email notifications to confirm that
your order was received, payment was successful and then
to let you know when your parcel was sent out.
Please check your junk mail or spam/trash email folder in case
spam blockers re-directed our communications there by mistake.
There is a link within your original email order confirmation which
if you click on it, will take you back online to your more detailed invoice.
This invoice acts also as an order progress report
which is held available for viewing up to 30 days after purchase.
Your invoice may also contain a tracking number for tracking your
parcel shipment online through respective postal services.
