Wood Badge Alumni Guild - Mecklenburg County Council

When you become a member of the Wood Badge Alumni Guild, you join hundreds of other Mecklenburg County Council scouters who share your passion for scouting.

Your membership dues fund the many improvement projects desperately needed at Belk Scout Camp and Camp Grimes. They also provide scholarships to deserving Wood Badge candidates, help maintain Wood Badge course equipment, and ensure that the permanent Gilwell Field at Belk Scout Camp continues to welcome new Wood Badgers for decades to come.  Join us in bringing together a powerful network of highly trained adult leaders, driven by community service and dedicated to the founding principles of the Boy Scouts of America.

To join the Guild, you must be a scouter registered in Mecklenburg County Council who has completed Wood Badge training and earned your beads.  Beyond that, you simply need to complete and submit a Wood Badge Alumni Guild membership application

Guild memberships come in 2 flavors, Annual and Lifetime, and each type of membership comes with benefits.  Annual memberships are $35 and lifetime memberships are $300.
