*RYLA 2019 is for students in 10th, 11th and 12th grade. Must arrive between 8-9am on Saturday, February 16 and ends at 1pm on Monday, February 18.

RYLA 2019 includes program materials, t-shirt, all meals, snacks, and 2 night stay at National 4-H Youth Conference Center.


Registration Process

1. For Students, you cannot register until your sponsoring (Rotary Club) provides you with a code to register.

2. Register by clicking on the link: REGISTER HERE

3. Code of Conduct Form must be downloaded from the registration form. Please sign the form with your parents, then either scan it and email it to Judy Cappuccilli at jdcapp@verizon.net, or take a photo of it and text to 301-332-4207.

4. Last day to register is February 12, 2019.

5. Contact Judy Cappuccilli at jdcapp@verizon.net for all registration matters.

6. For Parents and Students, it is your responsibility to inform your Rotary sponsor if you/your child can no longer attend. No refund will be issued to the sponsoring Rotary Club if you/your child cancels after December 14, 2018. Please contact your sponsor as soon as possible so they can find a replacement for you.

7. If you can no longer attend, you sponsor may find a replacement to replace your registration. Replacements must be sent to Judy Cappuccilli by January 29, 2019 (any gender). After January 29, 2019 (replacements) must be of the same gender of student cancelling and is due no later than February 5, 2019 (no exceptions will be made after this date).  

8. The Code of Conduct completed during registration must be completed and signed by the student and their parent. Follow instructions for sending completed Code of Conduct, to Judy Cappuccilli.

9. Please note that our committee members all work full time and are volunteers. Please be respectful in your correspondence and we will do our best to answer any questions that you may have.
