The conference is supported by the NSF and Texas A&M University math department. We will be able to fund the accommodations and per diem for all the speakers and most participants. Some airfare funding is available but external funding is highly appreciated. 


We will have two mini courses by Jean-Dominique Deuschel and Frank den Holander .
