Robert  "Bob" Johnson has been a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) for over 10 years and holds numerous Specializations with NASM and other organizations.
After serving ten years in the US Navy, which included two tours of duty in the Red Sea during the first Gulf War, Bob returned home to New Jersey, and focused on a  new mission - earning his degree.  in 2003 Bob earned his BA in Education from Georgian Court University.
Being active was always a part of Bob's life until a back injury side lined him for many years. After gaining a considerable amount of weight and losing his confidence and athletic ability he decided to get back into fitness by becoming a CPT.   His primary goal was to learn the skills necessary to improve his life but as he quickly got back into shape he realized his calling.
Now he works with a very diverse group of clients, designing individualized programs using NASM’s  OPT (Optimal Performance Training) model. When not inspiring and motivating clients, or spending time with his family, Bob mountain bikes, kayaks and skis.
"I believe that everyone can live a healthy lifestyle, but sometimes, like I did, people need some instruction, and some help", says Robert "I can help teach you how to take control of your health, your fitness, and improve your quality of life."
