One on one :

After an initial assessment and goals interview you'll get an individualized progressive work out program tailored to your specific goals, schedule and equipment access. Meet with a trainer 1 to 4 times a week, depending on package, and receive workout updates that match your abilities and progress. Have access to a trainer 24/7 via email and receive reminders of upcoming work outs and fit tips to help keep you on track

Small Group Training:

Groups are limited to 4 participants a class so reserve space now! Have a group of friends who want to train? Sign up together and receive a a group discount. Spend more time with a trainer than traditional "Bootcamp" classes and receive a personalized progressive workout tailored to your specific goals

All sessions, one on one and group maintain a 12 hr advances notification for cancellations. Less then 12 hrs will be rescheduled (if time is available) or the client will be charged
