Work Day August 10, discuss time and place to meet

There is going to be a new development "Summit View" southeast of Hwy 130 and Rainbow Valley Lodge Road  down to Ridge Road, on property of Daniel Gregg-7 lots.  Project will probably start in the spring of 2019.

The  work day August 11th, was attended by Cliff and Jean Smith, JoAnne Witowski, Richard Reed, Leif Erickson, Julie, Jason & Roger Rayda, Diane Bishop, Judy Wagner.  Lot's of brush around the  bridges was removed and the bridge tracks were cleaned.  Thank you all very much.
The following weekend Rob Torres, his son and three of his buddies helped remove downed trees across the North Fork of the Little Laramie River just above the North Fork Bridge.  Thanks for all the hard work.

Want to thank Mary Monteith and her friend for repairing the downed  sign  for Ridge and Middle Mtn. Road.

Please note: see the budget summaries and treasurer's report in the Financial Section and the Minutes in the Minutes Section.

The Board is still in need of a secretary.  Please consider helping out by volunteering for the position.

During the 2018-19 fiscal year the Directors will consider what portion of the funds carried over should be moved into a separate reserve account to be held for emergency repairs to a bridge.
