I am a human geographer with a PhD from the Geography Department, Rutgers University specializing in Political Ecology. My research interests cover broad range of topics that include (but not limited): critical climate change, particularly on Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (REDD+), climate and natural resources governance, indigenous politics, gender analysis on natural resource governance, among others.
My dissertation entitled "Governing Forest Carbon: the Political Ecology of REDD+ in Aceh, Indonesia."
