The first vendor deadline for the 2012 Spencer Pride Festival is fast approaching. On May 1st, the registration fees will increase.
Heading into the last week of April, we are pleased to report that sign-ups are up more than 30% over last year. We expect many more organizations to sign up between now and the festival.
Organizations that have not yet registered for booth space are encouraged to do so before May 1st in order to take advantage of the lower cost and to ensure inclusion in the official event program.
In addition, due to deadlines of our printer, it is unlikely that many of the organizations which sign up after May 1st will be listed on the official event program (known as the 'Spencer Pride Festival Passport').
Registration Fees Before May 1st: Not-for-Profit = $15.00, For-Profit = $25.00.
Registration Fees Beginning May 1st: Not-for-Profit = $30.00, For-Profit = $50.00.
Organizations can sign up by visiting www.SpencerPride.org, clicking on the 'Sponsors & Vendors' link on the left-hand navigation pane, and then filling out our easy Online Participation Form. The process is quick and payment can be made securely online via PayPal or by sending a check or money order to the Spencer Pride post office box.
